Directions for use:
- Fill the enclosed cup with water to the 30 ml line. Add 4 teaspoons (3 g) of powder. Secure lid and shake until smooth.
- You can also blend with your cold beverage of choice, or add to your favorite shake, yogurt, or other similar types of unheated food or beverages. Do not mix with hot water or other hot beverages. Take 1-2 times daily as needed. Hand wash cup thoroughly after each use.
